- Involving kids in our everyday activity's will set them up to do better in the future ratherthen distracting them with technology. Children who spend more time looking at a screen are more likely to have behavioral problems and divided attention

- Our kids will grow up to be more productive in helping around the house. children get more sleep, do better in school, behave better, and see other health benefits when parents limit content and the amount of time their children spend on the computer or in front of the TV.

- Ana moved into her own apartment 10 years later. She knew how to do all of the basic things like cooking, cleaning, and taking care of herself. She learned all of these things growing up with less screen time than others.
