- Beowulf leaps into the lake
- I shall shape glory with Hrunting, or death will hurry me from this earth.
- Beowulf and his solider submerge into the lake as his body is quickly covered not knowing he is soon to meet with the greedy she-wolf, ruler of the waters.

- The Bottom of the lake
- *Gup*Gup*Gup*
- After hours of swimming through the water, he finally sees the bottom.
- Gleiten: 3
- Discovering her lair
- Beowulf and his men locate Grendel's Mother. After he had jumped into the water, they arrive at the monster's lair.

- Beowulf and Grendel's mom meet
- Grendel's Mother
- ...How strange?
- The beast welcomes Beowulf with her claws, not hurting him but trying to pry through his armor
- Gleiten: 5
- Beowulf kills Grendel's Mother with the heavy sword

- Beowulf saw the heavy sword hanging on the wall. He drew it and used it against Grendel's mom since his sword wasn't doing anything to her much like Grendel. He struck her with all his strength, cutting her neck through. Her body fell lifelessly on the floor, bones and all. After successfully killing Grendel's mom, he spotted Grendel's body and cut of his head as a reward for King Hrothgar to keep as a trophy.

- Victory
- King Hrothgar was pleased and rewarded Beowulf with treasures, a helmet, a sword, and horses for saving Herot Hall from the evil creature. Beowulf went home in Geatland bringing his treasures and glory along.
