- As Dr. Sky was going for her rounds, she noticed an old man who at the peek of dying which broke her heart.

- Certainly. A medical professional has indeed spoken to me. They conveyed that my heart is in a state of decline and necessitates surgical intervention. However, owing to the absence of insurance coverage, the surgery is not a feasible option, as per their guidance.
