- The colonists protested with the slogan "No Taxation Without Representation".
- Paul Revere was one of the leaders in the Sons of Liberty.
- The crowd of angry Bostonians threw things at the small group of redcoats. The incident was dubbed the Boston Massacre.
- Two ships carrying tea sailed to Boston Harbor and it was the Beaver and the Eleanor. The tea remained on the ships.
- The participants knew they were breaking the law and defying the King.
- This event wasn't actually a Tea party. it was more serious back then instead of what it's named today.
