  • Gage sent British troops to Lexington because they knew the people there will have to be ready to fight soon. These people were called the minutemen and were just local troops in Lexington.

  • We are so happy that we are home, they fought rough to get land.
  • In Lexington, the British troops outnumbered the minutemen and they heard shots, but no one ever knew who first fired the shot.
  • The minutemen start dropping immediately after the British open fire on them when they hear the first shot. This was when Rachel and Sam decided that they wanted to go home, so they grabbed their heart, and pressed the "home" button.
  • Once Sam and Rachel were home, they were grateful that they didn't have to go through what the people in the 1700s had to go through/fight for just to get some land.
