- -Store Clerk where robbery and murder occured -found owner dead -Black belt in Karate -Was returning from break to find money and cigarettes missing and his boss dead
- Witness Osvaldo Cruz
- -14 years old -Alleged gang member of the Diablos -claims he participated in crime because he was afraid of 'Bobo' -Blames King for most of the heist -Names Steve as the lookout
- Defendant Steve Harmon
- -18 years old -Comes from a decent family -Claims to only know other defendants as acquaintances from neighborhood -Says he was not involved
- Witness Richard "Bobo" Evans
- Defendant James King
- -Never takes the stand -Pleads the fifth
- Witness Wendel Bolden
- -Bought the stolen cigaretts off of Evans -Later sold some of the cigarettes and gave the others to his mom as a Christmas gift
