- Wow way to make me feel better about myself
- I just learned that obese people have a better chance of obtaining heart disease
- So you're tring to tell me that I am in this shape because of what I eat?
- Well maybe if you hadn't eaten as much then you wouldn't be in this shape
- That's exactly what I'm saying
- More than 30% of men and over 35% of women are obese because of the foods they eat. If a food is high in sugar, calories, or carbohydrates, there is a chance that if you eat it over and over again, you will become bigger and bigger until you are obese. Some people just don't understand that their life could be in danger because of eating these foods. Even though fruits may be high in sugar, they are able to help you become fit.Other people may be genetically obese, which means that they are born with it. Anybody with obesity can understand that they are eating the wrong foods, and therefore, they can exercise it all off.
