- Individually we can accomplish our tasks on our own
- But when we get together we can keep the body going
- Nucleic Acid stores genetic information. You can find nucleic acid in DNA and RNA
- Carbohydrates can help fuel your kidneys, heart muscles, central nervous system, ad even your brain to help you do better in school.
- Carbohydrates can be found in lots of food like pasta
- Lipids make up cell membranes and store energy, sort of like how a computer stores information. Proteins do most of the work in cells and are required for the structure, function, and regulation of the body's tissues and organs.
- Proteins can be found in fish, chicken, and eggs. If you look around your house you ca probably find lots of food with protein.
- Lipids are found in fats, waxes and oils like you would find in a kitchen
