- i've never seen this news outlet before so I guess I should believe everything they say!
- Cassie is going to the local supermarket because she heard from the news that everyone should drink a gallon of bleach daily so they'll live longer.
- As she's walking, she remembers...
- oh no I forgot my baby at home!
- Its okay! She's been alive for six whole months! She can take care of herself.
- This day is amazing! I trust what the news is telling me and we get to wear masks indoors!
- I know, right? This is exactly what our Founding Fathers fought for! I'm so glad we fund and trust the government.
- In his story Harrison Bergeron, Kurt Vonnegut makes the point that there is no good that comes out of everyone being equal. As wrong as it may sound to hear, God created us all in our own unique way. That means there are going to be people that are faster, smarter, and prettier than me. The most amazing thing is that we can all come together and unite as one in Christ; despite out differences. Harrison Bergeron was the sad alternative to a free-thinking society. It was a real and drastic story that is based upon what some people actually believe it.
