- One off Job selected
- Select one of your favorite providers based on their schedule of rates and rating profile
- Provider received job via SMS and notification centre
- Provider is notified that he has won the job and is given address details of the job
- Provider quotes job based on photos and discription of requests a site visit
- You receive your quotations inside your app and are notificed within your notification centre
- Once job is complete, provide uploads photos as evidence, enters final price and completes job, this in turn notifies the Property Manager
- Review the providers quote, insurance and licence details and previous reviews
- Contact provider to discuss quote or award job inside the app
- Overview of all awarded jobs
- Happy with the work completed? Review the provider
- Really, really happy, add the provider to your providers
- Got an emergency job that is time critical? Can't wait?
- Select an available tradesman based on their geographic location to yourself
