  • Duration: 10 sec Angle: Long Transition: Jump Cut Audio: The first thing you want to do is put the stove on 3 or 4 heat with the skillet on it. Once the skillet is hot, put a little bit of olive oil on the skillet and get the olive oil all around the skillet so the egg doesn’t stick.

The olive oil that you put in the skillet earlier is to help give the egg flavor but more importantly to help the egg stick to the skillet less. Put the cover on top of the skillet to help the egg cook faster.
