- John the Baptist stands in the Jordan to baptize hundreds of people.
- Come to me and repent your sins!
- He will baptize with the Holy Spirit!
- One greater than I is coming soon!
- Jesus then arrived at the Jordan to get baptized.
- Who is this man?
- Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world!
- John was shocked that Jesus asked him to do this because he did not feel worthy.
- It must be done to fulfill God's plan.
- Baptize me John.
- You should be baptizing me!
- John then baptized Jesus marking the beginning of his public ministry and allowing Jesus to take on the sins of humanity.
- I baptize you now in the name of God.
- The Heavens opened, the Holy Spirit descended as a dove, and God spoke out, all to reveal the significance of what just occurred.
- This is my beloved son, with whom I am well pleased.
- Jesus then immediately went into the desert to be tested.
- Desert this way.
