I guess that's true, I've just always been told it's dangerous and it's not something I was ever comfortable with doing. I've heard it can lead to SIDS.
Hey Josie! You look great, and Parker is so cute! How are things? Is he sleeping through the night yet??
Hey Tessa! It's so good seeing you. Everything is going good but no he doesn't sleep through the night just yet.
Well, what about when he gets older? Don't you think it will be hard getting him to sleep in a bed by himself?
If you don't mind me asking, where does he sleep? My kids slept in their own room since they were a month old. It helps them learn to self sooth.
I mean possibly, but they only stay little for so long and I want him to feel safe and secure at night.
He sleeps in the bed with Tim and me. I feel like it helps Parker knowing mommy is right there when he needs me.
Oh! I would be too worried that I would accidently role on top of him in my sleep. Why don'tyou just stick him in a bassinet?
Your right, every child is different, and they all have different needs but I'm glad I have a friend that I can talk to about parenting styles with.
Tim sleeps like a rock and I am a very slight sleepier,so I don't see that happening. I guess we could use a bassinet, but it is much easier to breastfeed him during the night when he is right there.
Thats one opinion but I believe Parker is safer in the bed with us because I will know has soon as something goes wrong.
Well although I did things differently with my children, Parker is your son, and you know what'sbest for him.
