Storyboard-Text

  • I'd just opened a new bank account to transfer money to my son who just started college.
  • I started college this Spring, and while I have a part time job, it makes a big difference that mom is able to help me with bills for now.
  • Remember Jorge whenever you need some help don't hesitate to ask me
  • Thanks mom, you are always doing your best to contribute to my future.
  • I'd received a text from Jorge this morning, it was a different phone number, he asked me for some money and he sent me a link I sent him $1000. This boy, he never told me he changed his number...
  • I will call mom as soon as I get to my dorm, we haven't spoke for a while. I have been so busy with exams and work...
  • I'd just spoken to Jorge. He said he has not changed his phone number. He was busy with exams so could not call me before....he said he did not ask for money and he never received anything....I got scammed!!!
  • I filed a police report. They say they can't trace the phone number I got the text thinking it was Jorge because is no longer in service. They advise me to contact the bank...they said there nothing they can do as I sent the money willingly. I lost $1000
