- Lets do Atlantic BRS off North Carolina?
- Think of all the cool stuff we could do
- Hmmm, I don't know! There are a lot of logistics

- With funding in place, things were looking good!
- Ok we are a go. We will have real Navy vessels, Sat tags and Dtags. We can focus on Ziphius and fall back to pilot whales
- Ok! I'm in. We can do this!
- Andy explains Atlantic BRS to Nic and is surprised by her reaction
- What could possibly go wrong?

- As the sun goes down on the first field effort and no Navy ships were available for CEEs, the three PI's consider options
