- Also their role is circulate city laws and maintain the rule of city laws, regulate economic standards, develop social and physical infrastructure, ensure social safety, provide necessities to the taxpayer, and lastly their responsibility numerous related to housing, water supply, waste management, taxation, and land assessment.
