- Stamp Act
- GET RID OF THE STAMPS THESE TAXES ARE STUPID!
- No you need to pay them we are in DEBT.
- Declaratory Act
- We have a message from parliament, " The laws and taxes are now in our control."
- The Quartering act took place in 1765. In this event there were many riots because they did not approve of the new law. In the law it gave the soldiers rights to move into anyones home or kick them out of their own homes.
- Townshend Acts
- I am searching your house.
- The Stamp act took place the same year as the quarterin act which is 1765. During the Stamp act products and things that were made all around had a stamp on it whichis like them paying their taxes. The colonists were not happy with this.
- Boston Massacre
- The Declaratory consists of how Parliament has the right to tax and make laws for the colonies.
- Boston Tea Party.
- The Townshend act is a prime event. It is where New import taxes allowed searches without a warrant, look away trial by jury. This became a law when people were caught smuggling goods.
- I hate this stupid law.
- The Boston Massacre, known to the British as the Incident on King Street, was a confrontation on March 5, 1770 in which British soldiers shot and killed several people while being harassed by a mob in Boston
- Within the Boston Tea Party they banned tea and were getting rid of it secretly. In the picture that is based off of a real event that occured at night when they were secretly trying to expose of all the tea withou the civilians knowing.
