- Hello, I’m Dodie. Nice to meet you! Outside of uni classes I am an education consultant. I enjoy spending time with my family & love our campsite on Lake Diefenbaker!
- As an Environmental Studies major, I am in this class to build on my knowledge as an Education facilitator in the world of Labour. As a future environmental consultant, I would prefer to perform my role with a matriarchal lens..Also important to me, as an Indigenous woman from a Treaty 4 Nation, I am interested in assisting in the revitalization of our matriarchal roles and values in this territory and beyond. The Free Market System has always devalued women’s roles. It’s time to remind ourselves (& Canada) what our obligations are on Turtle Island & time to wake up our youth. This is a wish I have for all Indigenous People around the world.
