But be carefull you should never take medicine without a doctor's recomendation, because they can harm you. If you take too much antibiotics, for example, you can kill all the good bacteria in your body, which will make you sick.

- To avoid getting sick you can take vaccines. The vaccines estimulate your body to produce antibodys that will protect you, so you won't get sick. Besides that you can also wash your hands and avoid sick people.
