- I was born in the bahamas where for most of the year it's scorching hot!
- Man, I might turn to popcorn soon.
- I was used by the Taino Indians. They grow me and other plants by mounding the soil so it can be easily planted
- They knew how to grow some plants though!
- Spanish explorers brought me to Spain...
- THIS IS ALL WE GOT!!!!
- When I first got to Spain people did not think I would be very useful but they found out that people could make a lot of things of me
- We can use this!
- Then every one used me and made me into yummy corn bread!
- This is the best thing I ever tasted!
