Mr. Mark is one of the Head Supervisor of the Operational Division who has been working with TGK even since TGK has been incorporated. Mr, Joachim checks on employee activities on a daily basis and he noticed that Mr, Prem does have flaws in that he is quite irresponsible and often neglects his work.And so, Mr. Joachim decided to advise him that thesuccess of an organization is purely depicted on every single person in it. If Mr, Prem shows his positive traits, that will uplift the whole operation but if he tends to neglect his duty negligently, it will result in diminishing the success of the whole system.

If a person’s face could help in connecting the pieces of logo images, then why can’t change in a person helps in boosting the development of a company? A good employee is the one who works hard but in a smarter way merely for his well-being and for the people around him.
Mr. Joachim then decided to use a piece of paper with the company's logo on it as an example. He draws a person's face on the other side of the paper and tears it into small pieces. He then asked them to arrange these logo picture parts together one by one. For the first time, Ms,ñina tries but fails to put the pieces together. But she was able to finish it the second time around by combining the person's face that Mr. Joachim had previously drawn.
