- The Egyptian god Ra, has grown old, leading to the loss of the faith of the Egyptian people, thus losing his power
- This is Ra’s fault
- Catching wind of the situation, Ra asks his father, Nun, a primordial being for help as he is unable to act himself
- Remove your eye
- Once Ra’s eye is removed, it transforms into Sekhmet, a terrifying lion goddess who is bent on ravaging humanity
- Sekhmet starts to kill those that had wronged her father, freaking out the other gods who decide to take action
- The gods (including Ra) and the remaining humans create a plan to drug Sekhmet and take a portion of her essence
- Ra leaves out a mixture of liquids that puts Sekhmet to sleep, so they can transfer her essence into another god
- The god which receives Sekhmet’s godly essence is debated , so…
