  • Hey! Maybe I should get some Plan B while I'm here! Good idea Jiminy.
  • *we're off to see the Wizard, the wonderful Wizard of Oz...*
  • Hmm, this is the cheapest box. Let's just get this and see what happens.
  • Aww look at that, young love. Anyways, this looks good enough.
  • WRONG AISLE!!!! Let's go Bartholomew!
  • Oh. WELL STILL! I'M SUING!
  • That's idiotic! That couple before me just bought a load of protection! Why can't I?!
  • Sir, I can't sell these to you. Married couples can't purchase contraceptives under Texas law
  • MARRIED COUPLES SIR. Not all couples. Something about "being fruitful and multiplying" I guess
  • I JUST THINK IT'S ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS HOW-
  • Oooo, good points homie. Nice indeed
  • ALSO, your Honor, Griswold v. Connecticut set the precedent that states do not have the right to keep married couples from purchasing contraceptives, as that right goes against the 4th and 14th Amendment
  • Your Honor, my client strongly believes that if unmarried couples can legally purchase contraceptives, than married couples can too. In fact, the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment MAKES IT CLEAR that unless unmarried couples can also purchase protection, this law avoids equality and non-discrimination.
  • WE WON!! GO 14TH AMENDMENT! LOVE AMERICA!
  • Due to the precedent set by Griswold v. Connecticut, as well as the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment, the court rules in favor of Crickets. The Texas law against married use of contraceptives will be discarded. Court is adjourned
  • OK sir, we're still in the courtroom.
  • Yeah so basically, because of this clause in the 14th Amendment, we have every right to buy protection as an unmarried couple does! Yay the law!.
  • Yay the law!
