- But I'm pregnant again! You can't leave us, we have no money to feed ourselves!
- There's too many kids, you're on your own, lady! Bye.
- I'm having twins, Mrs. Lyons! I love these suckers down to their bones but I couldn't possibly feed two more!
- Just give one to me, Mrs. Johnstone, It will be perfect!
- Mrs. Johnstone is getting too close to my Edward. She must leave
- After the departure of her husband, Mrs. Johnstone, pregnant with twins is desperate for a job and is struggling financially. She is unable to feed her rather large family and take good care of them.
- We have the same birthday, we are very interesting people, let's be blood brothers!
- Mrs. Lyons, Mrs. J's employer seems like she has everything at first glace. However, with a husband that travels frquently and no kids, she is usually very lonely. She makes a deal with Mrs. J to take one of the twins she is pregnant with.
- *sighs* okay...
- We needto move away!! Edward is mingling wit the ill mannered kids.
- One of the twins is being brought up as Mrs. Lyons' child and nobody except the two mothers know anything about this dark secret. Mrs. Lyons starts to feel insecure about Mrs. J spending so much time with her son. She is afraid that somebody might learn the truth. Soon after, she fires Mrs. J.
- A few years later, Edward and Mickey meet coincidentally, they discover that they are both very different from each other and find one another extremely intriguiging. They discover that they have the same birthday and decide to become blood brothers.
- After Edward comes home one day after a day at the park with Mickey, he starts portraying negative behavior and ignoring the good manners Mrs. Lyons has brought him up with. This is the last straw for Mrs. Lyons and she puts her foot down on moving away.
- Edward is moving away to the country. Mickey is heartbroken to be seperated from his blood brother. Mrs. Johnstone, who is trying to conceal her sadness, discreetly gives Edward a locket.
