- The third estate was in a huge financial crisis. They wanted to have more power when voting to allow for them to have more money. Due to a vote by order that allowed the 1st and 2nd estate to have more power than 80% of the population.

- June 1789, The third estate pledged itself as the national assembly and got a constitution in 1791.

- On July 14, 1789, the french revolution stormed the prison for gun power to find no gun powder as they expected.

- Robespierre sent many people to the guillotine as he suspected them of being against the republic.
- Napoleon reforms France by overthrowing the emperor. He had great success in France due to his military success.
