Romeo is also scared that Juliet will not like him anymore since he killed her cousin. The love and connection between Romeo and Juliet can not be broken.

- Sir Paris, I will make a desperate tender of my child's love. I think she will be ruled in all respects by me. (3.4 12-14)Capulet, Lady Capulet, and Paris met to discuss Juliet and Paris's future. Capulet offers Juliet to Paris as if she is just an object. Without speaking to Juliet, the Capulet's decide that she will be marrying Paris, who is a man much older than her.
