- Greetings I am the Complex Carbo knight. I get my powers and strength from breads, rice, pasta and many more! What the body does with me is that it breaks me down into glucose, specifically the digestive system. Our bodies need glucose for energy in your body and it is one of its main source.
- One thing I wouldn't recommend is from eating my enemy "Carbos". He is known as the Simple carbs and gets his source from CANDY!
- Hello, I am Aqua Harbor. You've probably seen me everywhere lakes, ponds, oceans, even at your house! I am a superhero and my job is to hydrate your body, remove toxins out of your organs, carry nutrients and oxygen to other cells and many more! I get my hydro powers from from any clean source of water
- Also try to drink soda only at parties or when necessary but you will need me all the time!
- Protein Power Ninja! I am one of the important nutrients your body needs to function properly. I get my strength lean muscles from meat, dairy products, nuts, and certain grains. What I do is repair and build muscles, maintain bones, muscles, and skin.
