- Wow! This new job is really amazing. I am making a great amount of money and I think it's time I move out on my own.

- I don't have pets and I do not have a family yet so a backyard is not necessary. Apartment style living will allow me to enjoy amenities as well.

- Since I am still young, I guess it makes sense to rent. Buying a house would be a lot of responsibility at my age and I really don't need that space. Also if I change jobs, I can move very easily with a rental.
- After I finish filling out this Renter's Application, I will go visit the apartment.
- Well, this property looks great. The landlord is awesome and there are no issues with the apartment. I can't wait to move in!
