- Well, resulting from the heat generated inside the cookware, the accuracy is more evident. You can control it faster and have a more precise and quick reaction while turning the dial on the stove.

- You are absolutely right. The most prominent problem is the variety of pans that they are able to cook on. With the induction stovetops they only work with certain pans that get affected by the field.

- Ferromagnetic materials have an unbalanced set of electrons that "spin-up, more than spin down". This means the atoms behave like a magnetic and can have a greater influence on the magnet.
