- Hi, nice to meet you!
- In the summer, Jem and Scout meet Dill. Dill becomes very good friends with the other kids. Dill starts coming to Maycomb every summer.
- Let's get him!
- Tom Robinson is put in jail for rape that he did not do. Atticus Finch is defending him in court.
- There is a mob outside of the prison that wants to harm Tom. Scout and Atticus talk them down.
- Tom Robinson is tried and found guilty for rape on Mayella Ewell. Jem, Scout, and Dill are very sad about this fact. Atticus is hoping for an appeal.
- Guilty
- Tom Robinson grew tired of being unjustly jailed and found guilty. He tries to escape and gets shot and killed.
- JAIL
- Scout Run!
- Bob Ewell comes and attacks Jem and Scout after the school play. Arthur Radley saves them.
- Jem ends up breaking his arm and Bob ends up dying because he falls on his knife.
