- Ever since its establishment, the building has seen continuous improvements for its students and faculty. Additions such as the new gym building, swimming pool, and cafeteria in 1933, only add to the campus experience for students.

- The campus and architecture of Dickinson has never maintained complacency in its identity; since the very beginning, Dickinson's land has adapted to the needs of the students, the teachers, and even the entire country.
- Wartime service was not its only use; soon, the school would become Dickinson High School, now serving those in education.(show construction images)
- At its core, Dickinson was destined to sprout from the roots of the greater good. Even when the school wasn't explicitly established, its surroundings aided the people; in the heat of the War of 1812, the location was used as defense.(cycle through images of defense setup)

- The school was made to be known; composed of fascinating architecture, the school may have also drawn inspiration from other famous structures. The Buckingham Palace in England and the Hermitage in Moscow bear a striking resemblance.(show images of those buildings)(this shouldn't be used verbatim, it's just a rough idea of what to say)
- The perimeter, too, ensures the students are occupied with sights to behold, and inspiration to empower them. Throughout the outside of the school are various monuments. One in particular, a book on the building's east side, states the building's very foundations, "KNOWLEDGE AND INDUSTRY."(show pictures of monument)
