The following is a small storyboard on how our group used performance initiatives to improve pet owners' satisfaction rate in our animal care clinic.

- I'VE HAD IT WITH YOUR CLINIC!! MY DOG AND I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS TO MEET WITH THE DOCTORS!! AFTER WHICH WE BARELY EVEN SEE YOU FOR 15 MINUTES!
- WELL YOU BETTER FIX IT! OR I'LL BE VISITING ANOTHER CLINIC! AND I'LL MAKE SURE THAT ALL YOUR REVIEWS ARE NEGATIVE!
- I can't help it Sir. I have so many customers that are all booked at the same time!
- PET OWNERS SATISFACTION IMPROVEMENT MEETING!!!
- And we should set up an Electronic Health Records database.
- AN AUTOMATED ADMISSION SYSTEM!
- We need to observe and measure our performance.
- And a monitoring system that measures client waiting time, admission rates, animal mortality rates, and pet owner satisfaction! THAT NEGATIVE PATIENT PIE CHART MUST BE POSITIVE!
- We need an EHR and Auto admission system for our animal clients and their owners!
- Yes Sir.
- Yes Sir! *IT worker cries silently*
- WOW! I can't believe that this is the same clinic! I barely had to wait to see the vet with my dog. And I love how we can book appointments online! So easy!

- HAHA! Thank you Sir! We are now able to monitor and measure our performance too.

- Using the EHR and auto-admission systems can be very challenging! Good work on making it through! We even solved our manual records problem!
