- I am not sure what to eat. I really like fish & chips but fried food is not healthy. Maybe I should have mixed herbs grill fish.
- Sure, ma'am. Mixed herb grill fish is nice and healthy. What would you like to have for your drink?
- Please let me have ice water first and black coffee without sugar later. I think I will have baked salmon instead. Is the salmon wild caught or farmed?
- Our salmon is sourced from a sustainable fish farm, ma'am. Is that alright?
- Oh, I only eat wild caught salmon.
- May I recommend one of our most popular seafood dishes, the lime crusted pan fried sea bass? The fish melts in your mouth and is coated with crispy bread crumbs, lightly pan-fried so it is healthy and tasty.
- Are you sure it is not oily?
- Yes, ma'am. It is pan-fried and therefore does not require much oil, compared to fish and chips. There are some customers who ordered this dish just before you. Would you want to order it?
- Okay then. I will have that.
- Alright ma'am. Let me confirm your order, one portion lime crusted pan fried sea bass fillet, one glass of ice water and black coffee without sugar.
