- you said you would fight terrorism with education to protect us to save this earth yet you still with all that hope and power I saw in your eyes managed to lose all your morals and values just give me a chance lets restart.

- the reason we got to this point is because our "education system" was flawed.

- agent 14 then said all he ever wanted is for someone to answer his question if education is the solution then how did we get here?so he decided to retreat his plans and come back to the IPHF to offer aid.
- strategy z began where schools started opening and the education system was revamped, mental hospitals opened up, programs for people in need were provided.
- slowly but surely humanity got restored while there are still some flaws life was back and better than ever.
