- Hello sir, I kind of scratched your car up. I'm sorry It really isn't bad at all all you need to do is replace that light thats it! It looks like only 20 bucks in damages.
- What! No! this is at least 5,000 dollars in damages stop trying to deny it.
- As Bob is in the grocery store while his car gets hit in the parking lot by another car, damaging his front bumper.
- Fine, but iI dont think it is that bad so we don't have to call the police...
- My name is Bob, I agree I think we should just exchange information and numbers and we can figure it out later.
- Steve is freaking out, waiting for bob to come out of the store.
- Darn man... Why the heck did you have to hit me your so stupid, dont you know how to drive?!
- As bob comes out of the store, he sees the wreck and gets angry. (Steve is using denial)

- Goodbye Steve have a good day...
- They begin to negotiate how to deal with the accident.
- As they begin to finish up Bob begins to realize the trouble he will have to go through and starts to get angry. (Projection)
- I know man I'm sorry my foot just slipped, again I'm really sorry I will pay for the damages.
- Steve leaves while Bob begins to pack up his car and start to leave.
