- Its important to look out for ourselves and to take care of our bodies to keep a healthy lifestyle.
- Try to be active at least 1 hour a day
- Today we have free time. Make sure to play fair and give it your 100%
- We have to be active and do exercise to keep our bodies healthy and to strengthen our systems.
- Getting too little sleep and watching too much T.V. can cause your eyes to get tired.
- I should go to bed early because I have school tomorrow.
- Getting enough sleep and watching a regular amount of T.V. play a part in a healthy life
- If you take care of yourself then you can do better in class and have more energy. You can use that energy to play with your friends.
- Learning to follow safety protocols and to take care of your health can help you when you need to be responsible in higher grades.
- Make sure to pay attention to the instructions because today's experiment can be dangerous.
- Knowing what is safe and unsafe can also help you stay out of trouble and stop you from hurting someone else
