- Hi, everyone. My name is Jordan Bana and beside me is my friend Muhammad Ihsan. We are doing a campaign called Mind Fruits.
- And in this video, we are going to talk and explain about Mind Fruits the campaign that we are doing. Now let's start.
- We are a group of psychology students who are currently taking bachelors degree in MSU Shah Alam.
- Our campaign serves as a way to spread mental health awareness and provide guides especially towards elementary and high school students that are affected by the current pandemic.
- Now let's talk about the objective of this campaign. Our first objective is to teach school children and adolescent about how to cope with mental pressure during the pandemic in a right way.
- The second objective is to expose them with the importance and awareness about mental health.The final objective is to help them maintain their interest and motivation in during online learning.
- The next topic that we will talk about is the benefits that this program provides. The first benefit is to provide a better understanding of how mental illness can affect one's life. The second benefit is to help to reduce the stigma of mental illness.
- Now for the third benefit is to teach people the correct way to handle someone who are suffering from mental illness. The final benefits is to help recognize early signs and risks of mental illness.
