- I've heard of it! We can apply what we have learnt in our Cross-Cultural Communications class last week to prepare ourselves for such opportunities in the future.

- The power distance dimension is when a society regards those of higher power as more respected than others. Uncertainty avoidance deals with the society's tolerance for ambiguity.
- The Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions, consisting of 6 dimensions, allows individuals to learn more about the country and its society.

- Masulinity-femininity is a societal characteristic referring to the distribution of values between genders in the society. Long-term orientation refers to perseverance whereas short-term orientation refers to reciprocating social obligations.
- Individualism-collectivism, as its name suggests, is how the society function either as a 'lone wolf' or as a societal whole and dependent on each other.
- Lastly, indulgence versus restraint. This shows a more free society compared to a more controlling one respectively.
