- Patients who speak without difficulty and obey simple orders, if the patient is able to do so, they are labeled yellow.
- Patients who can walk and do not have serious injuries, they are labeled green and go to the nest of wounded of that color.
- We check circulation and respiration in unconscious patients to label them red.
- Patients who do not have a pulse or are not breathing are labeled black.
- We found an unconscious 34-year-old male patient with a fracture of the right lower extremity, who we proceeded to triage
- the patient does not listen to us, does not speak and does not obey simple orders, for this reason we observed if he is breathing with the see, hear and feel method, he has less than 30rpm, we proceeded with the circulation, checking perfusion, he has capillary filling greater than 2 seconds and with radial pulse present, so we classified him as red.
