- Answer Revision-Allow students to revise their answers. Teachers can do this by interrogating students about their answer until students realize their answer could not be correct.

- Think, Pair, ShareA pair of students are given two to three minutes to discuss a question. The teacher calls on one of the students and they can share their answer, their partner's answer, or an answer that is a combination of both student's ideas.
- Integrating TechnologyStudents can reply usign text message or email to allow for more thinking time.Use audio recording or screen cast to give options for verbal or nonlinguistic responses.Students can use screen capturing software, such as TouchCast, and then share their collaboration with the rest of the class with hyperlinks on the class website.
- Tips for Integrating TechnologyTeach students how to use technology tools prior to utilizing them in class.Allow students to choose tools they are comfortable with.Focus on the educational product of the tool, not how well the students use the tool.
