  • 1st rule of handy dandy guide
  • RULE 2, handy guide
  • Rule 3 of guide
  • The first rule is included in the greatest showman because charity chooses Barnum over being rich with her parents because she cares more about love than being rich. Rule 1
  • 4th rule of the guide
  • After Barnum loses his job, he decides to take a loan out from the bank by using the boats that were sunk as collateral for the bank to give him money which he decides to buy an old wax museum with the money which he learns that his choices have costs.
  • 5th rule from the guide
  • As his circus is trying to get going and have people come and watch, he comes across a guy coming off the train wearing a big top hat, Barnum then comes up to him telling him if he wears that top hat to the show then he could get in free which is an incentive. People tend to respond better with incentives
  • 6th rule from the guide
  • In the greatest showman, Barnum had tried to create rules and things for all of the acts to follow and that also means that he can protect them from the mobs of people a lot better. As he left to start a tour, Philip didn't have control or rules so chaos erupted and a fire started in the building. People create rules that affect their choices and how they act.
  • As the new circus starts up again, Barnum realizes that he hasn't been around a whole lot for his children, so he decides to trade off the circus to run by Philip, so Barnum can watch his children grow up. People gain when they freely decide to trade with each other
  • Since Barnum let Philip control the circus from now on, Barnum is now only focused on playing and watching his children grow up which will show future results.Hense peoples choices today have future results
