- Hi, I am Mrs. sheep here for my 11:00 appointment for george
- Okay, we will check you in and bring you right into a room.
- George has not been like himself lately. He has been very aggressive and also very off balanced. When he is walking he will just fall right over.
- Hi I am Hailey one of the techs. So what seems to be the problem with George?
- With all of the information that the owner has given us and the way the dog looks even from a distance, Hailey the tech has a feeling that this dog might have rabies. Hailey goes and gets the doctor and informs her that this dog might have rabies.
- no I do not I only have George.
- No he has not but he has tried a few times. But he has failed
- Hi, I am doctor Kelly. Quick question has he ever bitten you or anyone elsesince his symptoms have arose?
- Do you have any other animals in the house?
- The doctor steps closer to George as she does George tries to bite her. Dr. Kelly backs up. From what the tech has explained to her and the clinical signs that Dr.Kelly has seen being in the room with George, she is almost positive that poor George has rabies.
- OH NO!!! My poor baby.
- I should have gotten him checked out when he got bit by that bat.
- he got bit by a bat!!
- I believe that poor George might have rabies?
- Dr.Kelly explains to Mrs.Sheep that there is nothing they can really do and unfortunately they are going to have to euthanize poor George.
- do I really have to say goodbye?
- unfortunately yes you do.
- Goodbye George
- I am sorry for your loss.
