- He worked as a camel driver
- This is my camel. I work for my uncle
- He got married at 25

- He was born in Saudi Arabia and was orphaned as a child. His rich uncle looked after him until he grew up.
- In the market-place, traders cheated customers
- One pineapple only €10!
- He was very honest and trustworthy so people began to call him Al-Amin
- Gabriel the angel appeared in a vision
- There is one god, he is Allah. You are his messenger.
- He married Khadijah, a wealthy widow, and had 6 children with her
- Muhammad began preaching in Mecca
- There is only one God and his name is Allah!
- Muhammad couldn't stand this so he often went off to Mount Hira to think and pray
- Gabriel told Muhammad of the new religion and that he was the chosen Prophet and that he had to start preaching
- Spread the word of the new religion, Islam
- The traders didn't like this as he said all the idols in the Ka'ba were not to be worshiped
- Become followers of the Islamic religion
