- Bob Lemons is setting out on the Great Plains with his horse Warrior. He is gazing at the other cowboys before he leaves.
- Rising Action - 2
- Bob looked everywhere and found fottprints from mustangs. He could tell there age, weight, and when they passed through. He starts following the prints.
- Climax
- Bob get caught in a storm, but sees the herd he was following. The grass was wet so he slept in the saddle.
- Falling Action/Resalution
- After the storm passes, he starts following the herd again. After he finds them, he is slowly accepted into the herd. After running with the herd for a while, a rattlesnake attacks a colt. The colt dies, and the sallion tries to get the colt's mom to leave.
- Bob galloped to the front of the herd and knew that it was time to take it over, because the stallion would be weak after the death of the colt. He fought with the stallion untill he gave up. Bob and Warrior were triumphent.
- Bob led the mustangs into a corral at the cowboy town. He road Warrior past the corral. He knows that one day he and Warrior will ride free.
