- Soybean meal (SBM) is the most widely-used plant protein source in aquafeeds and is known to be a cost-effective alternative for high-quality FM in diets for many aquaculture species because of its high protein content, well-balanced amino acid profiles, reasonable price, consistent quality, and steady supply. The method of making this meal is;In the first phase, oil is extracted from the soy flakes with hexane solvent to produce the soybean meal. In the second phase, soybean meal serves as raw material to produce soy protein concentrate (SPC) by using ethanol solvent to extract saccharose, oligosaccharides and anti-nutritional factors from the meal.
- This GMF product have no overt consequence(walang masamang resulta) and not risky for human health. The benefits that we will gain is that the milkfish population will grow faster.If we will use this GMF product the predicted population from this year to 2027 is 246,735.5571 using exponential function.Therefore, each year the additional milkfish population is 6,676.511014
