- Hey guys! Today I will be expanding your knowledge on different ways to prevent cancer.
- One way to prevent cancer that we have total control over is physical activity. It has been linked to a reduced risk of colon cancer in men, and breast cancer in women.
- Another way to prevent cancer is to limit your consumption of alcohol. To much can increase your risk of different forms of mouth cancer. Larynx, esophagus, liver, and colon cancer. Excess alcohol can also increase a woman's chance of breast cancer.
- Having a healthy diet plays a big role in preventing cancer. Animal fats and refined sugars are very toxic for the body. Things like fish, whole grain, and lots of fruits and vegetables help prevent cancer. Saturated fats and red meats cause things like colon cancer and aggressive prostate cancer.
