- Hello, my name is Rachel and this is my home. Do you see this lamp? Well, did you know that it has energy, you just cannot see it? This lamp is plugged in, so it has Electrical energy. If I were to turn on the lamp, the energy would convert from Electrical to Light to Heat energy. HOW? Since this lamp is plugged in right now, it has electrical energy. When I flip the switch, the light bulb turns on. Have you ever felt a light bulb from a lamp before after it has been on for a while and it burns your hand? Well, that is what heat energy is from a lamp
- Hey Ya'll! We are the Hunter Middle School Dance Team! As we set up for Hannah, our flier to fly, she stands on me and Stacy's knees to get ready. Once she is, we lunge and spring her up in the air. As Hannah is going up, she has Kinetic energy and as she is coming down, she has gravitational energy. HOW? Kinetic energy is movement and for Hannah to get up that high, she has to have movement. The reason why she comes down once she hits the highest point is because the Gravitational pull pulled her down. All of this means that the energy in Hannah and around her transforms from Kinetic energy to Gravitational energy.

- This is a TV. When we turn this TV on, it changes from Electrical to Light to Sound energy. HOW DOES IT DO THAT? Since the TV isn't plugged in, it is electrical. Then, whenever we turn it on, we see light. For example, we see Ads, apps, and suggestions. Then once we click on something like a movie, we hear noise or sound. For example, voices and music. Our world has developed a lot of new technologies and styles. Will you end up making something unique like a TV?
