- The wine that has made the servants drunk had made me bold. Listen! Quiet! Macbeth is killing Duncan right now. The doors to Duncan’s chamber are open. drugged their drinks to make them sleep so soundly that they seem dead.
- Who's there? What's that?
- Oh no, I'm afraid the servants woke up, and the job is not done. Listen! I placed the daggers where Macbeth could not miss seeing them.
- My husband!
- I heard the owls scream and the crickets cry. Did you say something?
- I have done the deed. Didn't you hear a noise?
