- I know that in this scene, the conflict person vs. nature is being shown because Lyddie is trying to scare the bear away and is brave while protecting the family. In this scene, Lyddie is the person, and the bear represent the nature, Lyddie and the bear are interacting with each other, and person vs. nature is when a person interacts with nature.
- I know that in this scene, the conflict person vs. self is being shown because Lyddie and the girls are thinking weather or not to sign the petition and in person vs. self, the character has to interact with herself. in this scene, Lyddie is interacting with herself by thinking about whether or not she should sign the petition.
- I know that in this scene, the conflict person vs. person is being shown because in this scene, Lyddie is reading the letter she got from Luke saying if she could be his wife. Person vs. person is when a person is interacting with another person. In this scene, Lyddie is one of the people, and luke is the other, they are interacting with each other by letter to see if lyddie would marry him.
