We should give the citizens another voice in government by giving them another public office.

Here in the land of Rome, there was a tension. The government was falling apart, and they needed to make a new law.

C'mon. We should have the most power, not the citizens! One public office is enough for them.

I think we should escape the voting process and not vote on the law. That will teach them!

However, things were actually about to get worse in the empire. Four evil senators were trying to promote their power to make the government beneficial to them.

Hey! What a bunch of nonsense. Those senators are so evil! They should recognize our rights as an assembly! How selfish!

And to this day, the Roman government was on thin ice. The Tribal Assembly has started a riot, and the senators have become more evil then ever in the years to come.
